Salutation
Starting position:
Step forward into left lunge on guard.

  1. Right front knee kick--step forward into right lunge
  2. Left front knee kick--step forward into left lunge
  3. Right upward knee kick--step forward into right lunge
  4. Left upward knee kick--step out into horse
  5. Right roundhouse knee kick--return to horse
  6. Left roundhouse knee kick, return to horse
  7. Right outside crescent knee kick, step back into left lunge
  8. Left outside crescent knee kick--step back into right lunge
  9. Right inside crescent knee kick--step back into left lunge
  10. Left inside crescent knee kick--step back into right lunge
  11. Right foot steps back into informal attention stance
